What file formats will I receive my design in?

Our turnaround time is generally up to 5 working days. However, this will depend on the complexity of the project and your specific requirements. If you choose a standard service, you can expect to receive your design within 5 working days from the time you submit your order.

For digital orders that do not require printing, we also offer express services with either a 2 or 3 business working days turnaround time once your order is submitted. You can select this option when you proceed to checkout.

Can I track the status of my digital order?

You will be notified that your order has been completed once you have approved your design and been sent your files.

We will be in contact with you throughout the design process via phone or e-mail.

What happens if I experience technical difficulties with my digital files?

If you encounter any technical difficulties with your digital files, our team is ready to assist you. Please contact us with details about your issue, including any error messages you may have received, and we will work diligently to resolve the problem. We are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience with our digital services, and your satisfaction is our priority.

Is there a limit to how many times I can download or access my purchased digital content?

Once you have paid and approved a design, there is no limit to the number of times you can download or access your purchased digital content. We understand that technical issues or device changes may occur, and we want to ensure you have access to your content when you need it. However, for security reasons, there may be restrictions on sharing download links or accessing content simultaneously from multiple locations using the same account.

Physical Delivery Information

How long will it take for me to receive my physical products?

As standard, your design will be ready within 5 working days from the time you submit your order. If you contact us separately regarding the production and delivery/fulfilment of your physical product then we ask that you allow a further 7 working days for you to receive it once the artwork is finalised and approved.

Can I opt for delivery of my products, and how long will it take to receive them?

Yes, you can choose delivery for certain products on our site. Please allow an additional 7 working days from the completion and approval of your design for the products to reach you. We strive to ensure a timely and secure delivery process.

At this current moment in time, we only offer standard delivery on all physical products. In some exceptional cases we may be able to offer express services, however, you will need to contact us separately, and we will get back to you.

How can I track the status of my physical order and delivery?

Once an order is completed, this will indicate that your order has been dispatched.

At this current moment in time, we offer delivery and fulfilment of physical products through a third-party printing company, and as such cannot provide you direct tracking information until the day before your product arrives with you.

What happens if there is an issue with my delivered products?

We strive to ensure the quality of our products, but if you encounter any issues, please contact our team within 7 working days of receiving your order. We will work promptly to address any concerns and find a satisfactory resolution for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
